The 130sq.m. house consists of an open-plan living room with a fireplace and two sofas, as big as two single beds, in the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room can 6 persons. In the same floor there is a bedroom with super mattress and its own bathroom. In the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, able to be transformed in two single beds as well as one more bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The floor’s autonomy is completed with the mini kitchen that may serve the tenants with fresh water or coffee without going down to the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own private veranda with a fully relaxing and charming sea view. In the comfortable out space, everyone may find his own spot of privacy and mediation. There is a big outdoor dining table with BBQ, armchairs and sunbeds, fully shadowed. You can also find a living room under the shadow of two carob trees, where you can delightfully enjoy your midday siesta or your morning coffee.
